I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making communication easy. The location was convenient, as it was fairly close to the National Convention Centre and easily accessible by taxi.
Couldn't fault anything.

the room boasted a range of exclusive features, from the private facilities to the high-end restaurant and bar/lounge area. the attentive service from the concierge desk and staff only added to the overall refinement of the experience.
While the location of this venue boasted advantages, with close proximity to the heart of the city, it was difficult to find a taxi and the subway was a bit of a walk away. This minor drawback aside, the experience at the hotel was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations in every way.

The breakfast was delicious and the room service was excellent. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. The concierge was helpful and arranged taxis for us. There was a balcony in our room and the English spoken by the staff was good.
